Had a whole afternoon of fun with the bubbly Wan Zhen, at IMM.
Not really the WHOLE afternoon at IMM, it was not much as a shopping hub, so we bought the necessary and went back to her house to bake away.
Lunch was satisfying. Curry was on the menu and pieces of yong tao fu were soaking in it (wish the picture was present to illustrate my point). Rice was carbohydrate (and many other carbs. not yet mentioned in my curry) and you can say that pretty much made up my lunch.
Bought Snapple (lime green tea) and went over to Daiso for the baking materials:
The only setback was that Daiso did not sell much fancy wear for cupcakes, but nonetheless, we managed to find one that was really cute and kiddish fruitti tutti enough to charm the judge.
Boy am i elated that i can put my wants behind and carry forward with my needs because i nearly purchased some totally not relevant decorations from Daiso, namely, a door hanger which allows you to write squigly words on it. I swear that it was like love at first sight, but i shot down Cupid Love the moment i realized that i was not me to spend 2 bucks on something that would collect dust (might as well buy some practical, right?).
First time in the century of shopping have i ever denied wanting to buy something totally stupid.
Anyway, being on cloud nine is over for me.
Some part of the back of my mind tells me that school is approaching and the exam fever is getting hotter.
Oh boy.
