Currently reading Nancy Krulik's Newly Wed and listening to Shapeshifter's Back To Basics.
I am so over the whole Nobody Wants To Be Lonely thing now.
I really love Nancy Krulik's style of writing a romance/comedy novel. She really knows when to draw a line between fantasy and reality.
To put it simply, this book is about a couple - Jennifer (Jen for short) and Jesse - having to adapt being Just Married (duh, the cover says it all) and goes through the ups and downs being one.
They met through online dating, under the website
Duets and decided to get married after knowing each other for like, 8 months.
Wrong move.
But despite the disagreements from their parents, both wed happily on their wedding day;
but, will it last?
So far, they have quarreled once, but made up later.
To put in simply, Jesse is real tolerant when it comes to Jen.
He would never do anything to hurt her.
Hmm... what a dreamy husband to have.
~
Don't be fooled by it's saucy cover and short blurb;
because this is one book you would never want to put down.
Depends.
Guys, this is not much of a book for you.
Just pointing out ;)

This few days has been a dry spell for me.
No TV shows, nothing; zip, nada.
Now, I am reduced to read for 2 hours straight and doing word searches.
Oh well, I guess it's fun in a way =)
In fact, I love the current novel - as mentioned.
Like the saying goes, you gotta try it, to LOVE it.

Villa Wellness ended yesterday night.
Oh boohoo, no Thursday nights for me anymore.
Sighs, Christina took the undisputed title, leaving Lee Huey as the runner up.
Though I really hoped for Lee Huey to win, cause she always appears to be the most persevering one in the show.
Kudos to all the other 8 hopefuls who did not make it to the 'last one standing' round; they did make achievements outside Villa Wellness.

Remember to fill up the poll on my sidebar (scroll way down);
Really urgent. ^^

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SHAWN!

I finally got my Home Economics and English paper.
Sigh.
English was a little of the down side; i suck in english since i've even stepped in this school.
My results just appears out of the blue, yelling, "are you ingenius?".
The funny thing is, I did well for other subjects, except for my english remaining rather stagnant since the start of the year (repeating myself twice).
Oh crud.
Time to brush up on moi english.
~
Now, the problem with test papers are the marking errors.
I know one would rather stab themselves than to admit to one; but i am so unbelieveable.
So when my friend* turned around to double check an answer, mine appeared to be bogus.
Nonetheless, i try to deny it, but my friend called up my english teacher to run through the answer.
And what d'ya know?
My answer turned out to be truly bogus.
He walking to my test paper and slicing off a piece from my cake,
I was deep in grief.
NAH.
Do you actually think one mark means so much to me?
My friend, chill.
Lay low on the guilt.
Like they say, honesty kills;
But it'll pay off one day.
It beats better from denying.
~~
Today's Home Economics lesson really teaches me to tame my expressive actions.
I jumped out of my skin, in shock, during the lesson.
All in the word, "CHEESE!".
Bless my Home Economics teacher for giving me a silent wake-up call.
Sorta.
But not quite literally.
Gosh, after the whole incident, I wish i could bury my head in a hole (similiarly to an ostrich) when my teacher pointed out my being shocked.
=P

Note to Wanzhen:
Are you serious about the whole 'i want a pet rat for my birthday'?
Rats are cool. I can't wait to see the long awaited headlines appearing on the newspaper:
"Unidentified Girl gets gnawed to death by birthday gift; rat blamed"
Now wouldn't that be the news of the century?
Yeah, i know, you're welcome wanzhen.
I can pretty much guess what's your reaction towards this is gonna be.

Up last night, I sat down for a 2hour sitting of Fright Night.
Vampires was the setting, but it was still a good watch.
It brings back memories about Interview with the Vampire, huh?
It is rare for me to enjoy vampire flicks because I stereotyped them as blood-sucking people who just roams around at dusk.
And never fails to terrorize everyone or anyone that crosses their paths.
Fearful of crosses, stab a stake in their hearts in order to achieve death, coffins as beds, etc.
At least it owns a plot.
~
I slept at unearthly hours yesterday night, and awoke at 12noon the next morning.
Yawns.
Currently waiting for a game to load.
Sadly, it is remaining at one fixed point - 54%.
Sometimes, do you ever get the feeling that when you are busy - way up to your knees -, you just have so many tasks to complete yet so little time?
Now, I just don't feel it and nothing's really much left to accomplish.

When the going get's tough, the tough get's going.

Close shave;
but not so close after all.
I was perturbed with my mathematics results this morning.
A fingernail-length away from failing;
and a wide difference (almost 15 bodies length) from scoring.
But, who isn't very much delighted about their marks?
I'm not the only victim here.
To all:
Whatever the results turn out to be,
Take pride in knowing that much much more effort has been put in to earn the marks you have now.
Hope someone relates to the note.
May it help and be shared.
Ever more.
Ever more.
Do I have a say in this?,

Seriously, i do not know where you guys get all the comic strips drawn by Peyton from One Tree Hill!
That's just so cool.
Especially the one with the traffic lights and Lucas, Brooke and Peyton aiming for this heart with a '3' branded on it.
Please tag me if you guys know about links that leads you to these comic strips, I really wanna see where people post these stuff. X)

So, it's back to school tomorrow. What more can I say that I do not wish to know my results for this term's exam.
I reckon that this is my worst yet.
We have Science, Chinese, Literature and Mathematics tomorrow.
Now, I am
not enthusiastic about my science, nor my chinese.
Don't even get me started on my literature.
And I so bet that my mathematics teacher would want to go through section A tomorrow;
for sure.
Lo and behold for my name to be yelled tomorrow;
I can even picture it in my mind, right now.
Piping hot soup, here I come!
~~
Watched Mtv this morning, and it felt so good to go back to the Old School.
Though a number of people smsed in asking about the videos and their existence.
Hah, if Mtv could continue having videos from Jeremy Jordan and 98 degrees.
Stop playing Hoobastank's The Reason! =X
Yeah, it's driving me mad.
~~~
It's nice knowing that my brother done up a collage regarding my mum and i's birthday bash.
Go visit my picture blog for more details.
Ciao!
